DOC-01effective version 2.1
Terms of use.
These terms cover this website and nothing else. Supply agreements, purchase orders and non-disclosure agreements are separate documents, signed separately, and they take precedence over anything written here.
1.1
Who this agreement is with
This site is operated by Maglut Heavy Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its plant and offices in Long Beach, California. In these terms, "we" and "Maglut" mean that company, and "you" means whoever is reading the site. Using the site means you accept what is written here.
1.2
What the site is for
The site is a public record of what we are building: process notes, milestones, capability areas and company updates. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quotation, a specification, or a commitment to supply.
1.3
What you can do with the content
Read it, quote it, and link to it. Attribute quotes to Maglut Heavy Industries and link back to the page you took them from.
Do not republish a page in full, present our material as your own, or use our name or wordmark to imply a partnership that does not exist. The Maglut name, the wordmark and the design of this site stay ours.
1.4
Figures, and anything about the future
Run times, throughput and purity numbers describe results measured on our own line at the time of writing. They are not a performance guarantee, and they change as the line changes.
Anything written about future capacity, timelines or scale is an intention, not a promise. When it changes we post a new entry in the log rather than quietly editing an old one.
1.5
What we do not warrant
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that every link resolves, or that every figure is current. To the extent the law allows, Maglut is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from a decision taken on the basis of what is published here.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
1.6
Links out, and anything you send us
We link to third-party sites we find useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish.
If you send us an email, a CV or an idea through the addresses on this site, treat it as unsolicited: we may read it, pass it around internally and act on it, and we cannot agree to keep it confidential unless we have signed something that says we will.
1.7
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County have exclusive jurisdiction. If one clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the document still stands.
